WWW access

I have added another way to get to the unicycling archives. I have set up a
real WWW home page, as opposed to the ftp method I have mentioned in the past.
It gives you a hypertext version of the FAQ file, access to the FTP directory,
and an animated short film featuring a unicycle. To reach the unicycling page,
use URL http://www.mcs.kent.edu/~bkonarsk.
