Yeah, my brother has strap on toe clips, and special racing pedals
(I'm afraid I don't know the terminology). He says it's almost
suicidal. For a start you have to bend down to get the second one
positioned just to get your foot in. The problem is that the pedal
hangs upside down because of the clip. He can get around that
because one of his pedals is stiff, and won't rotate of its own
accord.
