10x10 cm obstacle

To qualify for IUF level 3 you have - among demonstrating other
skills - to ride over a 10x10 cm obstacle. It is not mentioned in the
skill levels' list, what's the height of this obstacle. Are there any
definite standards for that? Of course there are, but I couldn't find
them. So please let me know, what height is usually used.
