people on shoulders

Hello all,
I tried it a few times, but I am not sure:

How can I carry a standing person on my shoulders when I am unicycling???

please give me some good advice!!

Another question:
I do need a good 20=B4 unicycle for freestyle,
which are the most common and best (not to expensive)???
