Is a $40-30" a good buy

I almost a level 1 unicycler on a 20" cycle, and I just saw an add for a 30"
Schwinn Unicycle for $40. Is this a good buy, and a good size. Eventually I
want to be able to ride to class on my unicycle, so would this be a good
size? Thanks.
