You mean `Fushigi no umi no Nadia' (Nadia and the secret of blue water in
english, Nadia of the mysterious sea, more literally...). Well this is not
an animated movie, but rather a series from Gainax... They released a
follow-up OAV (direct-to-video animation) based on the succes of the
series, but it was pretty lame. I haven't seen the whole series, and I
haven't seen any `monocycle' in the episodes I've seen... (knowing the
series, the rider was most probably Jean, though). So if anybody
knows more about this, I'm game :-)
