I am really sorry about the delay in replying to this. The picture you
have is probably myself riding at the Nagoya Meet a long time ago.
Masahiko Hayashi, who with hjis father ride the very active Nagoya
Unicycle Club, built it and owns it. His email address is on the
ccline. He is one of the very few Japanese unicyclists on the
internet.
